Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
At Garvee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
Our policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee, giving you more time than the statutory minimum to decide if a product is right for you.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Order Cancellation)
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
- Before Dispatch: Email us at support@garvee.co.uk immediately. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- After Dispatch: If the order is already on its way, we cannot stop the delivery. Please receive the package and follow the "How to Return" steps below.
3. Returns Policy (30-Day Guarantee)
You may return items within 30 days of receiving them.
To Qualify for a Return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order ID).

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as they may be rejected.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@garvee.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos/videos.
Step 2: Receive Authorisation
We will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the correct return address.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely. If you are responsible for shipping costs, we recommend using a trackable service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes). We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once received at our Manchester warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
5. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method immediately.
- Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the funds and post them to your account.

Original Shipping Costs:
- If you return a defective item, we will refund the original standard delivery cost.
- If you return an item due to a change of mind, the original shipping cost is non-refundable (unless you cancelled within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).
6. Exclusions (Items That Cannot Be Returned)
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery).
7. Warranty Claims (After 30 Days)
If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within 12 months of ownership, it is covered by our Warranty Policy. We will offer a repair or replacement rather than a refund.
