1. Shipping Overview
At Garvee.co.uk, we are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping directly from our UK distribution centres. We partner with trusted local couriers (including Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD, XDP, and Evri) to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Note: We currently ship to the United Kingdom (Mainland) only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Our shipping charges are straightforward and transparent. The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT/BST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
3. Delivery Locations and Exclusions
We deliver to most addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales. However, due to carrier limitations, we are currently unable to deliver to the following locations:
- Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes)
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey - JE, GY)
- Isle of Man (IM)
- British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
- Scilly Isles (TR21-TR25)
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: Certain remote postcodes (e.g., HS9, IV41–IV56, KW15–KW17, PA41–PA78, PH42–PH44) may be excluded or subject to extended delivery times.
If you place an order to one of these excluded locations, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
P.O. Boxes: For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery Issues
Change of Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately.
- Before Dispatch: We can update your address free of charge.
- After Dispatch: If the package has already left our warehouse, we may not be able to intercept it. If the carrier allows a redirection, additional fees may apply.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will typically leave a calling card or attempt redelivery the next business day. If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if the tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure we can assist you quickly:
- Inspect upon delivery: If the box is visibly damaged, please note "Damaged" when signing for the package or refuse the delivery.
- Take Photos: Keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the box and the damaged item.
- Contact Us: Email us at support@garvee.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
